I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, injury and trauma therapist with over 20 years experience. I offer tailored therapy session from deep tissue sports massage, injury treatments with rehab plans as well as trauma release work based on craniosacral therapy which works on the physical mental and emotional levels.
I offer 1-2-1 yoga sessions for those keen to deepen their understanding. Currently I only offer online classes for those familiar with my approach. I can also offer guidance on pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mind management (Raja Yoga).
The approach includes classic yoga postures, pranayama (breathing practices), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation.
I aim to integrate the various branches (Hatha, Raja, Karma, Japa, Jnana and Bhakti) of Yoga in order develop a more rounded and harmonious individual. This is a very holistic but also scientific approach and is intended to develop an easefulness to the body and to create clarity of mind.
